AMREP Reports First Quarter Fiscal 2027 Results
HAVERTOWN, Pa., Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AMREP Corporation (NYSE:AXR) today reported net income of $276,000, or $0.05 per diluted share, for its 2027 fiscal first quarter ended July 31, 2026 compared to net income of $4,692,000, or $0.87 per diluted share, for the same period of the prior year. Revenues were $6,051,000 for the first quarter of 2027 and $17,851,000 for the first quarter of 2026.
